The Cabernet Sauvignon is a mix of clones 4, 7, 29 and 169 from six distinct vineyards, located in St Helena, Yountville, and our Rutherford. The Petit Verdot comes from a cool climate vineyard just south of the town of Napa. The grapes were individually berry sorted and went through extended maceration with the wines being on the skins from 36-59 days. It was then pressed and aged in a mix of Demptos, Baron, Leroi and Seguin Moreau French oak barrels – 35% new – for 21 months before being bottled. Appellation: Napa Valley Varietal: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot Ageing: 21 months in French oak barrels, 35% new oak
Opening with alluring aromas of dark fruit, dark chocolate and caramelized figs, our Cabernet Sauvignon entices the senses. Sumptuous flavors of juicy cassis, raspberry and toasty oak are harmonious and well-balanced with a touch of flint. Voluptuous tannins, complex flavors and a long, luxurious finish make this an immensely enjoyable wine.

Pure, rich and graceful, with a charming core of blackberry, currant and oak, this wows with finesse and refinement, hitting the high and low notes with equal comfort. —J.L.
This is singer/songwriter John Legend's inaugural wine project in conjunction with Raymond Vineyards in the Napa Valley. Combining 85% Cabernet Sauvignon with 15% Petit Verdot, it tells a powerful story in thick layers of blackberry cobbler, chocolate and coffee, the tannin and oak integrated and silky smooth. This is a wine of great presence. – V.B.
Full, rich, concentrated and chewy with notes of cherry, cassis, black licorice, espresso, cedar and campfire.
